Welcome to DecisionProphet (the "Service"). These Terms govern access to and use of our hybrid intelligence decision support platform that fuses Bayesian probability modeling, contextual factor analysis, and I Ching pattern archetype matching. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Service constitutes a binding agreement to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. We may update Terms; continued use after effective date = acceptance.

2. Service Description

• Core Function: You input a decision context. The system extracts up to 78 contextual factors and evaluates scenario probabilities using Bayesian networks (primary weight), pattern-matches against 64 I Ching archetypes, and blends limited market signals.
• Output Nature: All answers are probabilistic forecasts / scenario guidance with confidence scores; they are not deterministic predictions.
• Usage Limits: Your plan defines a monthly "answers count" allowance. Unused allowance expires at renewal and does not roll over.
• No Professional Advice: Not financial, legal, medical, or investment advice. For critical decisions consult qualified professionals.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• Minimum Age: 13+ (or local equivalent). If higher age required by jurisdiction, that higher age applies.
• Accuracy: Provide truthful, non-misleading inputs; quality of outputs depends on clarity and completeness.
• Security: Maintain confidentiality of access credentials; you are responsible for account activity.

4. Acceptable Use

• No automated scraping, reverse engineering, bulk extraction, or model weight inference attempts.
• No input of unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• No attempts to exceed plan limits or manipulate probabilistic outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

• All platform code, algorithms, structures, UI/UX elements, probability weighting schemas, and curated archetype mappings are owned by DOUBLEWIND LTD.
• You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use outputs for personal or internal business decision support.
• Feedback you submit may be used to improve the Service without obligation or attribution.

6. Subscription & Billing

• Plans: Each plan grants a fixed monthly answers count; daily rate limits may apply on free tier.
• Auto-Renewal: Paid plans renew until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals; no prorated refund for current cycle.
• Non-Rollover: Unused answers do not carry forward and have zero monetary value.
• Upgrades/Downgrades: Upgrades may apply immediately; downgrades take effect next cycle.

7. Data & Privacy

Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. You grant processing rights needed to deliver functionality, improve quality, detect abuse, and produce aggregated analytical metrics.

8. Disclaimers

• Outputs are probabilistic scenario analyses; uncertainty is inherent.
• No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or absolute accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost opportunity damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse, legal violations, security threats, or non-payment. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict rules. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in London, UK (unless mandatory consumer laws dictate otherwise).

12. Changes

Material changes posted with updated date; continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance.
